Information about transcript requests:
The Counseling Department requires a signature to release a transcript. Alumni can either write a request or use the online transcript release form above. Either format can be mailed (10675 Fairfax Blvd., Fairfax, VA 22030) or faxed (703.383.9634, Attn: Registrar) to the Counseling Department. Emailed PDFs, with a signature, are also acceptable. Email PDF to ningemie@paulvi.net (Mrs. Ingemie is the Registrar).
Make sure to include a full name, year of graduation, signature, and an address for where the transcript needs to be sent.
