Service to Others

- Mark 10:45

The Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.
Each Paul VI student serves others so that they may encounter Christ firsthand.
St. Paul VI Catholic High School is committed to graduating responsible, moral, service-oriented young adults who will continue to “grow in grace and wisdom." Service to Others is a requirement for all students, as service helps us grow in compassion for others and become more grateful for our own blessings.

So close is Jesus to the poor, needy, and vulnerable that He says, “Whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40). When we serve those most in need — the poor, hungry, sick, elderly, homeless, and children — we are truly serving the Body of Christ as Jesus served His people. The face of PVI in the community should be the face of Jesus Himself.

Students can review requirements on the Service to Others resource board in myPVI.

PVI has turned me into the person I am today. Whether it is as a son, brother, or friend, I strive to be the best person I can be. Paul VI has helped me find my spiritual life...Many of the people I have met here have done nothing but uplift and help turn me into the person I am today.
