Mrs. Susan Ciavarro

Mrs. Susan Ciavarro is an English teacher.
Mrs. Ciavarro’s hometown is Newington, Connecticut. She attended Providence College, George Mason University, earning a BA in English and an MEd in Secondary Ed Curriculum and Instruction.
 
Mrs. Ciavarro originally taught at PVI from 1993-1997 and taught at St. Theresa Catholic School for 11 years before returning to PVI again in 2017.
 
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and biking. St. Vincent de Paul is her favorite saint. She loves to teach Shakespearean insults because it always makes the students laugh and appreciate Shakespeare at the same time. The students are her favorite thing about PVI, "They are awesome in so many ways: appreciative, kind, fun, funny, and sweet."
