After July 1st, ten percent (10%) of the total year tuition balance is non-refundable. The remaining 90% of the tuition balance will be divided over 10 months of the school year (September - includes August - through June). Tuition is payable for the month of departure and all prior months (even if the student is only enrolled for one day of that month).

Student Account Information

Tuition Payments

It is with great pleasure that we welcome your family to Paul VI Catholic High School (PVI). By choosing PVI you will be making a commitment to provide your student with a quality Catholic education.

Tuition is an annual commitment. Prior to registration a decision must be made to pay all tuition in full by June 15th, or to pay tuition over a 10 month period from July to April. Tuition is the same whether it is paid in full or divided over 10 months, unless a credit card is used.

All installment payments must be made through the FACTS Tuition Management Program (FACTS). The FACTS program is able to process monthly, bi-annual and quarterly payments. FACTS offers two payment methods for your convenience. One is to an automatic withdrawal from either your checking or savings account. The second method is having the monthly fee charged to a credit card. There is a service surcharge for credit card payments. Credit card payments must be set up directly by calling FACTS at 1-800-233-1096. Both payment options can be set up to be paid on either the 5th or the 20th of each month. FACTS will charge an annual set up fee of $41.00.

A FACTS account is not necessary for anyone paying tuition in full. The check should be made out to Paul VI Catholic High School and sent to the attention of Student Accounts at 10675 Fairfax Blvd., Fairfax VA 22030. Please be sure and write your student’s name on the check.

For more information on payments, call our Student Accounts office directly at 703-352-0925 extension 358.

Financial Aid Information

Financial Aid is available for students needing assistance with tuition. There cannot be any consideration given to a student’s circumstance until a financial aid application has been completed. Completion requires two steps:

  1. The application is submitted to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment which does an independent evaluation. This evaluation is then reported to the Financial Aid Committee at PVI where decisions are made concerning allocation of funds.
  2. After completing the application you must send the substantiating documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. No application will be reviewed or given consideration without all supporting documentation submitted.

Every student must apply every year. Financial aid is only allocated one year at a time and there is no guarantee for future years. If you have students in other diocesan schools you only need apply one time. Please, list all students and schools on the application. This is easier for you and allows the diocese to see your family’s complete situation.
