Complete and return the PVI Printable Application with fee ($50.00 to PVI). Prospective students and parents can also use our

 Online Application.

  • Request a letter of recommendation and official transcript from your current school to be sent to PVI (forms may be downloaded) Testing may be required.

     

  • 10th, 11th and 12th grade transfers should arrange an appointment for an interview with the Assistant Principal for Admissions and Student Life. An interview is not neccessary for incoming 9th graders.

     

  • International students must submit a copy of their visa or I-20. The student must have a copy of his/her legal custody agreement if not living with parents. An interview with the Assistant Principal for Admissions and additional testing is required. All International students must have resided in the United States for a minimum of one school year.
